The full rules of the Pro discount, in plain language.

Eligibility. The Tecbro Pro discount is available to verified healthcare and EMS workers, first responders, qualifying essential workers, and holders of a valid government accessibility or disability ID. Eligibility is confirmed at checkout by an independent verification service.
Discount amount. The discount is a flat 25% off the merchandise subtotal, applied before shipping and tax. It applies to full-price and sale items.
Verification. You must complete verification with our third-party partner before the discount is applied. Tecbro does not receive, view, or store your identification documents — only a pass/fail eligibility result.
One account per person. The discount is tied to one verified customer account and is non-transferable. It may not be resold, shared, or used for resale purchases.
Stacking. The Pro discount cannot be combined with promotional codes (including WELCOME10) or fleet/bulk pricing. Where multiple offers apply, checkout uses the single offer that gives you the largest saving.
Order limits. The discount is intended for personal and crew workwear use. Tecbro may decline or reverse the discount on orders that appear intended for commercial resale.
Returns. Items bought with the Pro discount carry the standard 30-day fit guarantee. Refunds are issued for the actual amount paid after the discount.
Changes. Tecbro may update or end the Pro discount program at any time. Changes do not affect orders already placed. This page reflects the current terms.

Common questions

What ID do I need to verify?

Any one of: a current employee or worker ID from a qualifying field, an EMS or first-responder badge, a medical credential, or a government-issued accessibility/disability ID. The verification partner will tell you exactly what it accepts for your category.

Does Tecbro see my ID document?

No. Verification is done entirely by an independent service. Tecbro only receives a yes/no eligibility result — never the document itself, and never your ID number.

Do I have to verify every time I order?

No. Once you've verified on your account, the 25% applies automatically to future orders while you're signed in. You may be asked to re-verify periodically (usually once a year) to keep eligibility current.

Can I combine it with the WELCOME10 code?

No — the Pro discount can't be stacked with promo codes or fleet pricing. Checkout automatically applies whichever single offer saves you the most, so you're never worse off.

I'm ordering for my whole crew — should I use this?

For 10+ workers, the Fleet & Bulk program usually beats the Pro discount (15–25% plus NET-30 billing and size kits). For a personal order, the Pro discount is the right fit.

What if verification says I'm not eligible?

If your category isn't recognized, contact us at our support page with your role — we review edge cases manually, especially for newer essential-worker categories.
