What's the minimum order for fleet pricing?
Fleet pricing starts at 10 units in a single order. Units can be any mix of coveralls, bibs, jackets, gloves, and headwear — the discount applies to the whole order, not per category.
How does NET-30 billing work?
Once your account is approved (a quick credit check for first-time accounts), we invoice on delivery with payment due in 30 days. No card is needed to place the order. Card and ACH are also available if you prefer.
Can you handle mixed sizes across a crew?
Yes — that's the core of it. Send a roster with names and sizes, or a rough size spread, and we build the kit. Each garment ships labeled by name. Anyone outside XS–5XL is handled through made-to-measure at no rush fee on fleet orders.
How long does a fleet order take to arrive?
Stock orders ship from New York and most land within 7–10 days of approval. Embroidery adds 3–5 days. Made-to-measure units add 3–4 weeks — we ship the in-stock portion first so your crew isn't waiting.
Do you offer logo embroidery?
Yes. Send a vector logo and we digitize it once, then apply it to every unit — chest, back, or sleeve. There's a one-time digitizing fee on the first order; reorders carry no setup cost.
What if sizes are wrong when the order arrives?
Fleet orders carry the same 30-day fit guarantee as retail. Swap any unworn unit for a different size at no cost. Your rep handles the exchange in one email — no per-item return labels to chase.
