30-day returns
Return any unworn item in its original condition within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Tags should be attached and the item free of wear, dirt or odour.
How to start a return
- Email info@tecbro.co with your order number.
- We’ll send a return authorisation and instructions.
- Ship the item back; refunds are processed within 5 business days of receipt.
Warranty claims
Every Tecbro product is guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship. If something fails in normal use, contact us with a photo and your order number and we’ll make it right.
